For returns, refunds and exchanges, please contact us at the store within 24-48 hours of receipt. Since some of our packages contain perishable items, please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. We may ask for a picture(s) just to help us get a better sense of what went wrong. We will do everything possible to re-route orders for timely delivery but cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following situations:

  • Wrong address was supplied
  • FedEx/UPS lost package in transit
  • FedEx/UPS delivered to the wrong address
