This wine revives an ancient Alsatian tradition: historically, blends made up of Alsace's noble grapes were called "Gentil". Hugel Gentil perfectly blends the rich, floral aromatics of Gewurztraminer, the structure of Pinot Gris, the finesse of high quality Riesling, the orange blossom notes of Muscat and the refreshing character of Sylvaner. This white is a perfect pairing with a wide variety of cheeses - the fruit and body compliment salt and funk. it's also gorgeous on it's own.
