We were thrilled by the quality of this classic Piemonte Gavi. Medium to full in body, Tenuta San Pietro has complex layers of flavors with notes of peaches and pineapple. Though totally unoaked, the wine still manages to display great concentration, a rich, seductive texture, and an incredibly vibrant minerality that creates a bright, refreshing sensation. Organic agriculture is practiced in the estate’s vineyards.
