Knockabout Gin Ryan and Wood Distilleries What do we love most about Ryan and Wood's Knockabout Gin? Well, their blend of botanicals are meticulously chosen. Their gin is made only in small batches in their own custom built copper pot still. It makes a killer Gin and Tonic. And it's even better in our new recipe, a Thai Collins, with Chef Lynne's Lemongrass Sour (see the side bar!) Thai Collins There's nothing like a Tom Collins to take the edge off, especially in the heat of summer. Gin, lemon juice, soda and simple syrup - what could be more refreshing? Here's our spin on this classic, using Chef Lynne's new Lemongrass Sour mix. Enjoy! 2 oz Knockabout Gin Splash of lime juice Splash of carbonated water Garnish with fresh basil leaves Serve over ice. |
